Yes. To have access to GLP-1 medications, you must be an active ChameleonMD GLP-1 weight loss member, which also includes our licensed practitioner services, concierge urgent care, and text messaging support.
Is medication included in the monthly fee?
No. The monthly membership fee covers medical weight loss management and practitioner support. Medication costs through LillyDirect are separate. Current monthly pricing is $299 for Tirzepatide 2.5 mg per-dose vials through LillyDirect, and is subject to change.
Where does the medication come from?
ChameleonMD prescribes FDA-approved tirzepatide through LillyDirect when clinically appropriate. LillyDirect provides clean, easy, and reliable delivery of medication and supplies directly to your door.
Do you prescribe compounded GLP-1 medications?
No. ChameleonMD prescribes only FDA-approved tirzepatide. We do not prescribe compounded alternatives.
How long is the membership commitment?
There is a minimum 3-month initial commitment. After that, your GLP-1 subscription automatically renews every 3 months unless canceled before the next renewal period.
